I just had my vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center after I hit a deer. My insurance carrier kept going back and forth with them delaying repairs to the point that my vehicle had been there for 30 days and my rental car coverage was expiring and they wouldn't extend it (thanks insurance). Morgan with Andy Mohr saved my week when she got a loaner vehicle for me, free of charge, until my car was ready a few days later! Not only did they... do that, the didn't pass on to me the expenses my insurance carrier wouldn't pay them for - I only paid my deductible! Communication was not the greatest early on in the process however, the manager Greg did a phenomenal job Of making things right in the end. The quality of work appears great and I would highly recommend.
